1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 33det ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions on the platform.

4 Account Security & Password

5 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

33det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.

6 Deposit Policy

The following rules apply to deposits at 33det:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted. Any such deposit identified will be returned and the account will be reviewed.
• 33det is not responsible for delays caused by network or banking issues during a deposit, but our support team will assist in resolving the problem.

7 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal timeframe: processed within 1 hour of request approval.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specifically approved.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.
• 33det reserves the right to perform additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

The 33det welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: bonus amount × 20. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered (wagering applies to the bonus only, not to deposit + bonus combined).

The bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

9 General Bonus Policy

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — see the details of each offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected (through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent method), the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
• 33det reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

10 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 33det platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We ensure that:

• All game outcomes are completely random with no predetermined patterns.
